This Refund Policy page outlines the Terms and Conditions under which the admission fee shall be refunded to the User. By accessing, browsing, and/or using the online payment gateway of Kaveri University https://kaveriuniversity.edu.in, you agree to this policy.
- In the event there is any claim for/ of Refund by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach the Accounts Department of Kaveri University with his/her claim details. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be allowed.
- Refund requests will be reviewed by the Accounts Department of Kaveri University and the decision will be communicated to the User via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds may be subjected to deductions for any non-refundable fees or charges as outlined during the time of admission.
Kaveri University reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy and the changes will be posted on this page.
