This Refund Policy page outlines the Terms and Conditions under which the admission fee shall be refunded to the User. By accessing, browsing, and/or using the online payment gateway of Kaveri University https://kaveriuniversity.edu.in, you agree to this policy.

  • In the event there is any claim for/ of Refund by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach the Accounts Department of Kaveri University with his/her claim details. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be allowed.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed by the Accounts Department of Kaveri University and the decision will be communicated to the User via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refunds may be subjected to deductions for any non-refundable fees or charges as outlined during the time of admission.

Kaveri University reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy and the changes will be posted on this page.

Kaveri University was established as per the Telangana Private Universities (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2018 under section 3.
