Key Functions and Activities

Placement Drives and Recruitment Facilitation

Organizes on-campus, virtual, and pooled placement drives for final-year students
Maintains an active database of recruiters and job opportunities across sectors
Coordinates pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.

Internship Support

Facilitates industry internships, mandatory for most programs, especially in B.Tech, Agriculture, and Management streams
Maintains internship databases and monitors performance feedback
Collaborates with startups, research labs, CSR units, and NGOs for diverse internship experiences

Training and Skill Development

Regular sessions on aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and technical skills
Soft skills and communication workshops, resume building, and interview preparation
Specialized training modules in coding, analytics, public speaking, and domain-specific tools

Career Counseling and Mentoring

One-on-one career guidance sessions and group mentoring by faculty and industry experts
Psychometric tests and personality assessments for personalized career planning

Industry Interface and Partnerships
