Kaveri University has been officially recognized as a Network Institute under the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) Outreach Programme, a premier initiative of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). This prestigious collaboration brings advanced learning opportunities in Remote Sensing, GIS, and Geoinformatics directly to the university campus.
Students and faculty members can now select Kaveri University from the dropdown menu in the IIRS online application portal while registering for upcoming courses.
Through this digital learning platform, participants gain access to expert-led live sessions, specialized study materials, hands-on knowledge, and nationally recognized certifications from ISRO experts.
As a designated nodal centre, Kaveri University will coordinate local infrastructure, lecture facilitation, academic support, and certification processes to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience. Participants are encouraged to enroll for the upcoming cohort and strengthen their technical and research capabilities in emerging space and geospatial technologies.
Kaveri University was established as per the Telangana Private Universities (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2018 under section 3.
