The Office of the Controller of Examinations at Kaveri University is responsible for the smooth conduct, evaluation, and certification of all university examinations across undergraduate, postgraduate, and other academic programmes.

About the Controller of Examinations

The Controller of Examinations (CoE) oversees the entire examination process, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of all academic assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and scheduling of university examinations
  • Coordination of centralized evaluation of answer scripts
  • Publication of examination results
  • Issue of Grade Cards / Mark Sheets, Transcripts, Provisional Certificates, Degree Certificates, Migration & Duplicate Certificates
  • Verification and genuineness services for Government organizations, Educational institutions, Corporate bodies, Verification agencies
  • Pre- and post-auditing of Question papers, Answer booklets (internal & external experts)
  • Maintenance of all examination records

The Examination Branch provides end-to-end support for all student examination activities:

  • Registration and enrolment for courses
  • Admission to examinations
  • Publication of examination timetables
  • Issue and collection of examination application forms
  • Payment of examination fees
  • Issue of hall tickets
  • Collection of internal and external assessment marks
  • Appointment of internal and external examiners
  • Conduct of Theory examinations, Practical / Clinical examinations
  • Special arrangements for scribes / amanuensis
  • Evaluation of answer scripts
  • Handling cases of unfair means
  • Declaration and publication of results
  • Revaluation / recounting / review of answer scripts
  • Printing and distribution of certificates
  • Organization of University Convocation
  • Redressal of student grievances

Student Information

Examination Instructions

Students are required to follow all guidelines issued for university examinations. Detailed instructions will be provided along with the examination schedule.

Fee Payment

Students can pay examination fees through the University Student Portal.
All updates regarding fee payment schedules will be notified on the portal.

Hall Ticket

Hall tickets can be downloaded from the Student Portal prior to examinations.

⚠️ Note: Carrying a valid hall ticket is mandatory to enter the examination hall.
