Fee Refund Rules
(Note: All fees are subject to revision every year)

PART - A

A

If the admission is cancelled before commencement of the academic programmes

Deduct Rs. 1000/- or equivalent amount in dollars and refund the balance academic / tuition fees paid by the student

B

If the admission is cancelled after joining the programme and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission (i.e. one month from the date of commencement of the classes)

1.     Caution Deposit

To be refunded 100%.

2.     Academic, Hostel & Mess Fees

To be refunded after pro-rata deductions

If the admission is cancelled after joining the programme and if the seat consequently falling vacant has not been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission (i.e. one month from the date of commencement of the classes)

To be refunded 100%.

2.    Academic, Hostel & Mess Fees

No refund of the fees.

D

If the admission is cancelled by the students after 30 days of the commencement of the programme

NO Refund

Refund of fees to the students in case of non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

PART B – Refundable Fees

In case of non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria:

  • 10% of the Academic fees (excluding deposit) will be deducted as administrative charges.
  • Proportionate / Pro-rata amount will be deducted from Academic fees for the period from admission till the cancellation of admission.

PART C – Non-Refundable Fees

  • Medical Insurance Fee
