Dr. Konda Srinivas is a distinguished academician, researcher, and visionary leader in the field of computer science and engineering, with over three decades of exemplary experience spanning teaching, research, industry, and academic administration. His career reflects a rare blend of scholarly excellence, technological innovation, and transformative leadership dedicated to shaping future generations of engineers and technologists.

He earned his Ph.D. from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad for his pioneering research on “A Rough Set Based Fuzzy Classifier for Heart Disease Prediction.” His research interests encompass Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Blockchain Technology, and Intelligent Systems. He has made significant scholarly contributions through publications in leading international journals and conferences published by IEEE, Springer, Wiley, and Expert Systems with Applications. With a Scopus H-index of 10, his research continues to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of computing sciences. He is also the author of acclaimed academic texts, including Formal Languages and Automata Theory and Machine Learning for Rainfall Prediction.

As Dean (Faculty Affairs) at CMR Technical Campus, Dr. Srinivas has played a pivotal role in strengthening academic quality, faculty development, research culture, and industry engagement. His leadership fosters an environment where innovation, critical thinking, and professional excellence thrive. He has also served as Chairman of the Jayasree Group for over 25 years and gained valuable industry experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Informatics India, bringing a practical perspective to engineering education.

He serves on Boards of Studies of reputed institutions, including CV Raman University, and is an active member of professional bodies such as IEEE, Association for Computing Machinery, Computer Society of India, and Indian Society for Technical Education. His technical proficiency is further reflected in his recognition as a HackerRank Gold Coder.

Beyond his academic and professional accomplishments, Dr. Srinivas is deeply committed to societal development.
