Dr. Md. Sirajuddin is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator with 16 years of teaching and academic experience in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. His academic journey is distinguished by a strong commitment to teaching, research, innovation, and academic leadership. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to higher education through teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, academic coordination, and the organization of academic and technical events. Dr. Sirajuddin received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) for his doctoral research entitled “Enhancing Security in Wireless Sensor Networks through Malicious-Free Data Forwarding Strategy.” His doctoral research focused on addressing security challenges in Wireless Sensor Networks and developing intelligent and energy-efficient mechanisms for secure data communication.
He is currently pursuing Postdoctoral Research at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, USA, working on “Volumetric Estimation via Gradient Enhanced Attention-Driven Multi-Scale U-Net Framework for Robust Automated Void Segmentation.” His postdoctoral research reflects his continued engagement with advanced Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning techniques and their application to challenging real-world problems. His research interests encompass Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Wireless Sensor Networks, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, and emerging intelligent computing technologies. His research contributions have been published in reputed international journals and conferences associated with leading academic publishers and professional organizations, including IEEE, Springer, and Taylor & Francis. His research reflects a strong interdisciplinary orientation, particularly at the intersection of intelligent systems, network security, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
Dr. Sirajuddin began his academic career in 2006 as an Assistant Professor at Mother Theresa College of Engineering & Technology. Subsequently, he served at Vaageswari College of Engineering, Karimnagar, where he contributed in multiple academic and administrative capacities, including Assistant Professor, M.Tech Coordinator, and Project Coordinator. During his academic career spanning more than 15 years of institutional service, he has actively contributed to teaching, mentoring, project coordination, curriculum-related activities, and the overall academic development of students and institutions.
In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, He qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2023. He also served as an Associate Regional Coordinator (ARC) for Karimnagar District, overseeing and coordinating the smooth and effective conduct of Group-I, Group-II, Group-III, and Group-IV examinations. Dr. Sirajuddin has demonstrated active involvement in academic administration and curriculum development. He has serving as a Board of Studies (BoS) member at Trinity College of Engineering, Karimnagar, contributing his academic expertise to curriculum-related deliberations and academic quality enhancement. He has also played an active role in the organization and coordination of national- and state-level academic and technical events, supporting knowledge dissemination, professional development, and student engagement. These activities reflect his leadership abilities and his commitment to strengthening the academic ecosystem beyond the classroom.
