Dr. Shyam Kishore G is an accomplished academician, researcher, and academic administrator with over two decades of experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering, spanning teaching, research, academic administration, examination management, accreditation, student development, and technical training. His professional experience includes academic and research associations with reputed engineering institutions, Osmania University, and DRDO–RCI, Hyderabad. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor for Kaveri University (2025–Present). His academic career includes teaching and academic responsibilities at Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology & Science, Malla Reddy Engineering College, and Mother Theresa Engineering College, along with research experience at Osmania University and technical exposure as a Project Intern at DRDO–RCI, Hyderabad.
His teaching expertise covers VLSI, Digital System and Logic Design, Switching Theory and Logic Design, Electronic Devices and Circuits, IoT, Communication Systems and many more core subjects in ECE domain. He has guided UG and PG student projects and contributed to workshops, seminars, faculty development programmes, and academic initiatives. His academic and administrative responsibilities include serving as Head of the Department and Examination Branch In-charge. He has handled end-to-end examination processes, including ERP based examination activities, valuation, result processing, and related examination operations. He has also served as R&D Coordinator, Training Officer, Time Table Coordinator, and NBA/NAAC Criteria Coordinator, contributing to research activities, student skill and employability development, academic planning, and accreditation processes.
He was also a Member of the Organizing Committee for ICITE 2018. His research portfolio comprises 34 scholarly publications, including SCI, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed journals, along with International and National Journals, Conferences, and Book Chapters. His commitment to professional development is reflected in the completion of 20+ certification courses and participation in 50+ Faculty Development Programmes and workshops. He has qualified GATE and UGC-NET for Assistant Professor and completed 15+ NPTEL–SWAYAM credits in CSE Core courses. He holds Life Memberships of ISTE, IAENG, IFERP, and IETE. His technical proficiency includes EDA, HDL, simulation, programming, and engineering tools, such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Synopsys, Xilinx Vivado, Active-HDL, ModelSim, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, C, Verilog, and VHDL.
