Manoj Rajbanshi is an Assistant Professor of English in the School of Management, Kaveri University. He holds an MA in English from the University of Hyderabad and a BA (Hons.) in English from Banaras Hindu University, India. He is in the final stage of his PhD in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Roorkee. He passed the UGC NET in 2019 and was also the recipient of the UGC JRF and SRF. He has published four peer-reviewed research articles in international journals such as Journal for Cultural Research (Taylor & Francis, Scopus, Q1), East-West Cultural Passage (De Gruyter- Sciendo), and Literature & Aesthetics (University of Sydney, Web of Science). The broad area of his expertise is in Environmental Humanities. His specific interests are in Climate Fiction, Dystopian Fiction, and Contemporary Literary and Cultural Theories. He has four years of experience in teaching courses on Communication and Soft Skills to the B.Tech students at IIT Roorkee. In the School of Management, Kaveri University, he teaches courses on English Language, Soft Skills, and Business Communication to the BBA and MBA students.
